2021 is here! A new year means another year of changes for the real estate market. 2020 was defined as the year of low rates and refinancing. However, 2020 also saw a highly competitive market due to low inventory across the country. Now that we are more than halfway through January, we are here to present our housing predictions for 2021! Our prediction is based off of one main point (house prices), but it will largely dictate how the rest of the year goes. Watch Ronnie go into detail about his 2021 predictions!
